These are markers/features of a counterfeit coin which originate from the manufacturing of the counterfeit dies but were not a characteristic of the coin design transferred to the dies from the source coin.</p><p><br /></p><p>The Yellow marks are makers identified by Jack as counterfeit makers while common to some, I could not verify to be common to all the counterfeit examples. </p><p><br /></p><p>Actually this is an exercise better suited with review of a group of people.
