The coin is a modern copy intentionaly
struck that way. The blank side is struck
as the denticles are the proof. Most likely
a token with the reverse left blank for
some kind of message. Genuine Love
Tokens are made with minted coins with
one side smoothed down by a jeweler to
place an inscription.

 

Not only they are fake, the coin was never minted "DOUBLE HEADED ".
I may have originally come from Australia but any coin collector/investor knows that USA never made coins with intentionally double headed like that and dated both sides. However technically the buffalo nickel , half dollar and the normal eagle clad eisenhower $1 coins can also be called double headed as they have the head of the president and the head of the animals on the reverse. I am not going to bother listing them all that have the same design as you people would have got the gist of it ....They are great for gambling with if others call tails. A definate win..lol

 

Not a real coin. Cool though.
