Now on to my point.&nbsp; I&#039;m not sure if this coin is the real deal.&nbsp; And I&#039;m also concerned it has been cleaned.&nbsp; I am completely new to this old coin stuff...please could someone offer me any information on this coin and old coins in general.&nbsp; I&#039;m trying to figure value on it as well. From my understanding there were only 30-40 silver ones made for the 26 senators, and about 100 to 150 copper samples were struck to be distributed to the 66 congressmen.&nbsp; So, it would be a rare coin.&nbsp; Here are the samples of a coin I saw online in copper followed by my silver coins.&nbsp; Mine isn&#039;t sharp at all in detail and the coin itself is very shiny and clean looking.&nbsp; It has surface scratches it appears. Idk if that is due to the coin being 224 years old or cleaning.
