You'll see a lot of coins from the 70's with a filled D mm. The centers often chipped off the dies. While it is an error (die chip), it doesn't add any value and lots of people ignore it. A hit or ding can also make it look filled and sometimes it's difficult to tell the difference. I think yours is actually a die chip, but in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matter if others think it's PMD
Thanks i do try to get the best pic before i post. It does look to me like a die chip but as you said with the way this quarter has soo Much pmd . Even if some dont have more than face value. Some times i think its neat to see like the hand how it now looks like a claw. Also i was lookiing at the L in liberty it almost looks like a die chip there but pmd happy coin hunting everone
