1683 Leopold 1, 3 Kreuzer, but it's different - is it real?

I have a 1683 Leopold1, 3 Kreuzer coin, but I've had a hard time finding information on it. Most Leos have the number "(3)" on the Obverse. This coin has the number on the Reverse.

Just wondering why it's so hard to find this specific coin (I did find one on ebay that's exactly like it, but that's about it).

Anyone know more? Any help is much appreciated!!!

It's 20mm diameter, 1.41 grams, very thin. Pics attached.

The coin is an 1683 3 Kreuzer from Austria. KM# 1245.
3 on reverse is correct. From the Hall Mint.
Krause values it at $17 in F, $33 in VF, $60 in XF
