    Damn. 12 ta 2 guns. Any idea what the betting line was. Great sorta victory. Just plain good shots or good luck. Guessing 6 to 1. South

    I thought the Monitor had 10 guns, not 12. Yes it was a two day battle, the Battle of Hampton Roads. The Union had blockaded the southern port and on the first day they south sank two of the northern ships. On the second day the Monitor arrived and held off the Merrimack. It was considered a Union victory as the port was still blocked but it was a draw as neither ship was sunk. Am I mistaken?
