I found this under medals on ebay. Although calling it a medal is a stretch, it still is intriguing. The clock face has "Royal Bavarian Beer Clock " and the back has "Hops and Malt, God preserves(?)" Does anyone know the meaning of the 16 hour clock? Thanks
Maybe not a clock, per se, but a way to track your consumption. 1 stein every hour, when you get to 16, it's time to pass out and start again after 8 hours of sleep? That's how I roll.
The 16 hours is what your head feels like the next day during an 8 hour shift after drinking their beer.
