14ad? tibarius augustus roman coin

    1453573602744.jpg 1453573674244.jpg I'm very curious about this coin and wondering how to tell if it's real and what it's worth I'm looking to sell the coin and the closest shop is a good distance away I just don't want to waste a trip

    Hard to tell from the pics, looks OK but there is excellent fakes.

    Is their any way to tell without having an expert to look at it all coins that I find are printed offset diffrently different weights and different measurements

    All ancient are hand struck, so its super common for them to be off center & have various weights.

    Remember they didnt have machines back then making coins.:confused:

    And looking closer on the reverse of your coin, I am leaning towards fake.
