This 83'O was part of a numismatic clock, It never kept time that well so I took it apart. I like the coin and was wondering what the community thought of it. I paid $50 for the clock.
I didn't realize how late it was. Although this coin has a PL look to it I am not sure the fields are reflective enough for a PL grade. I would consider the fields and devices as having no circulation wear.
