Nice coin...amazing how different Lincolns can be. Compare with the 68 above which is brassy, your coin is bright, cherry red.
BadThad, you got that right. I have examples that are dull red but still red and some that are just as bright and shinny as can be like rlm's cents. Later on down the line I have some that are even graded mint state proof like.
I'm a huge woody fan and, every once in awhile, I find one of these while searching rolls. These are just fun coins, noting more. I really wish I had more pics of my memorial cents to share. Sadly, I just never took pictures of them very often. Not many people are interested in seeing them. I'm usually greeted with yawns on the rare occassion I post them. LOL
I think the detail grade on the 80D was correct. I know the toning on the front is distracting but they are not fingerprints.
