I can see the 73D at 67 but not the P. No offense to you slab guys, but the TPG's don't grade memorial cents correctly. I really think they just don't care. The desparity between wheat and memorial grades is unbelievable. They also tend to ignore strike issues with memorials....one of my pet peeves.
I agree re. the P... that reverse limits to 66 max imo.. add the finger printer and I'd have guessed 65,, maybe even 64.
Cool clipped cent. We can eliminate 4 years in the 1960's. I can tell you that it's not a 1965, 1966, or 1967 since no D mintmarked cents were made those years. And it's not a 1969, since the pointy peak of Lincoln's hair (on top of his head) points to the left of the W in WE. (if it was a 1969, it would point directly at the W in WE). So that leaves only six possible dates: 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, and 1968. Maybe with a better close up of the obverse, I could tell if that last digit was a 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 8.
I call this one "Tipsy Lincoln", since Lincoln looks like he has some face flush (and a red/purple nose) from drinking ... even the air in front of his mouth looks like it's full of alcohol fumes. This was the best I could do in terms of finding a colorfully toned 1974-S Proof. The 1970's and later are TOUGH years for toners. You just don't see much out there at all in the color realm.
1974 - Another tough coin to find without hits, black spots, strike issues, etc. I found this one in an OBW....and I opened a crapton of them to find this one. It's a super blazer with orange peel fields. It jumped out at me when I poured out the roll.
1975-S Proof Lincoln Cent (PCGS PR65BN). The only PCGS-graded "BN" color class Proof Lincoln Cent from the year 1975 that is cataloged. A unique and very rare coin.
