Ever play lowball poker? Worst/lowest hand wins.

TPG registries are all over the map. Usually they're about the highest graded coins. The lowball sets are the opposite. Coins need to be graded, of course. And it can be a challenge grading P01 and FR02 coins. They must meet TPG standards which means no bodybag problems and they must be identifiable (year/MM).

Some of the lowest graded coins can fetch more than MS63 money.

Don't get crazy ideas about making a lot of money on very worn coins, though.

Yep, now I can understand the term... :)

I just assumed a worn coin like that was kinda useless. It's not the most aesthetically pleasing to me to be honest, but interesting.

No ideas about crazy money, but more to the point of just wondering whether they are worth spending the time on, and wondering if there's trade market where there's enough audience who value it enough to trade for something that's more my liking.

Thanks for the info, I'll go do some more research on it now.

Those 20-S are TOUGH in MS red. I cannot find one that pleases me. A few months ago one of my fav dealers has THREE and I didn't care for any of them. They are just so dull and lifeless in MS red. :(

That is a nice 21-S, like the wood grain and it's surprisingly a sharp strike.

Nope, like almost no pictures that I could find. Someday I need to take a ton more pictures. I just hate dragging stuff out of my bank box to do it.
