$100 Star Note value?

    Oh, the only reason they actually look for me is because I stalk them about it. Even then, one time one my cousins was paying me back and he gave me a 1974 $1 LE and he had no clue. I said "dude, did you know about this note" and he said "what about it?". Lol. I can, however, see checking the years a bit more of a hassle than checking for stars at the ending of the serial numbers. The same dude also almost spent a 1995 $10 the day after I asked him to look for star notes and older style bills for me! He simply replied "I forgot, they don't seem old to me". I did at least end up saving that one from the shredders haha. Getting non collecting folks to remember to check their $ for you... Tallk about mission impossible!

    Tbud, do you collect old style notes then? I mean the small pictures. I always get funny looks when I spend them..as if they are not real. I didn't realize people collect them. I have a fair amount, hidden away for years, for a rainy day. Mad money, I call it. Only time I get in to it is if I can't get to the bank, but need cash in hand.
