hey guys im new here,i am trying to find out about a coin my daughter has acquired,i think its a 100 kurus,we think we have worked out the numbers,1327 from the 5th reign,it has extra mark on it 22c1 we dont know what that means, also would like to know value.
well the 22C1 counter stamp detracts from the value, but might have value with people that collect counterstamped coins ? not sure how much ? if it is a Turkey 100 kurush..dated 1327 it is KM#794, .917 gold, weight- 7.22g or 0.2127 oz. grade/value F12-$450 VF20-$500 XF40-$650 MS60-$1,000 what is the size of your coin in millimeters ? what is the weight of your coin ?
Believe it's KM#754? 1327//5 (if the size/weight correct); I'd ask a dealer to test it, maybe I'm getting jaded but someone stamping 22ct on a fake wouldn't surprise me....
22mm. ok then your coin is KM#754 like jjOO said. .917 gold weight-7.22g or 0.2127oz. date-AH1327//5 , mintage-861,000 grade/value VF20-$260.00 XF40-$400.00 MS60-$425.00 not sure what your coin grade is ? 2016 Krause's values may differ from real life values wait for other opinions on value...
