Not really, sorry. What you have there is a Turkish 100,000 Lira coin ("bin" means "thousand") from 2004. That was the last year before the New Lira was introduced; in January 2005, 1 million "old" Lira became 1 New Lira. (And four years later the word "New" was dropped). Don't think those older coins can still be redeemed, but even if you could, you would get 10 kuruş which is about 5.5 cents in USD or 4.5 cent in EUR. But as I wrote, it is probably obsolete as means of payment. A collector may give you a little, but not much, more ... Christian
Well if it is still exchangeable it would be worth .01 lira and it takes about 3 lira to equal one US dollar so that would make it worth about 1/3 of a cent.
