There are thousands & thousands of star notes of the $1 variety you can use for teaching (but again, without another anomaly attached, they will still only be worth $1). You newbies kill me with the idea that because something seems "different" or uncommon, that it must be valuable (you did ask for the "possible value") - it's not. No one started with "what's so special.."You're too sensitive! (Most of us here, however, have not been through sensitivity training, so what do we know...) But you only found something valuable because it is actually worth $100!!!  You can learn the same thing from a $1. You didn't get a "gut punch".  You got honest answers & food for thought, maybe cryptic, but so was your title & question.
