You might try to scan with a dark or black piece of paper laid behind the notes to help the scanner optics separate the margin from the back ground.

The number is interesting, I think that back in the day 47 was hipster code for a square, and 2020 denotes perfect eyesight, those numbers might make this repeater note special to the right buyer(s).

Just because one expert does not see any value in something does not mean that other collectors feel the same, and some people who collect do not buy because they can resell the note for more money, but because they like it.

 

I tried to scan again, I think the margin show better when it's in holders, the bottom right corners are good with the CGA notes,
