10 rupees bleed though error note

The serial number is bleed though . What is its worth? The bleed though number is visible below the words "ten rupees".

It looks more like an ink transfer from the next note numbered 968919 that would have been under your note, also why the 19 is reversed.IMO

 

The number that is visible is actually 8 the last digit of the serial number( the number is visible partially).

 

The number on the reverse is a nine. Compare the tail of the nine to the bottom of the eight.

 

Okay I agree with you. What do you think is its worth?

 

Should be worth 10 rupee, it is only five years old and in poor condition.
