I purchased 20 - 10 oz silver bars Friday from Gaithersburg Coin. Paid $ 317.00 per bar out the door. First time with the silver bars, they are more attractive than I thought. Going to wait a while and see before buying more.
No photos. They say " The United States of America " with a shield underneath, .999 fine silver on the reverse. Nothing fancy with pictures but nevertheless attractive.
I got a 10oz bar a few weeks ago - Scottsdale Silver. Paid a little more than you but am happy with it. They are stacker bars.
I picked up my first 10 oz bar not because I was looking but because a seller offered it when I bought a few 1/4 Krugerrand's from her. She asked if I buy silver and I said yes. She then asked if I would be interested in a 10 oz Engelhard silver bar. When she quoted her price of 8% back of spot I jumped at the opportunity to buy it. It is the only bar I have but at such a good price I couldn't pass it up.
