serial number is not considered fancy. it would have to have more consecutive numbers, or be a much lower number. or have repeating pattern, or have just 2 numbers...
I would keep it, until I found an item for which I would exchange $1 in United States currency or had incurred a debt, public or private, for which that $1 bill would be considered legal tender. I would then exchange said note with said serial number in fair exchange for said merchandise or relief of said debt, public or private. Or so I said.
