The only useful piece of information i&#039;ve managed to find is I do remember reading somewhere that ink lines that are straight / evenly spaced / appear to be caused by machinery is a relatively good indicator they were caused by the BEP vs. Post BEP damage.&nbsp; Now this could be a person&#039;s opinion that I read or there may be some fact to it, that I am unsure of because every bill no matter the domination that I have found online or seen in person do not even come close to what this bill looks like.</p><p><br /></p><p>So here we are.&nbsp; I invite all thoughts, insights, comments, ideas, or educated guesses, as to what caused these ink lines?&nbsp; However someone who has the actual knowledge, experience, or answer with 100% certainty as to what caused these ink lines is most preferred. </p><p><br /></p><p>Is this post BEP damage or is this an actual error made by the BEP?&nbsp; Thanks in advance and I look forward to picking your brain &amp; to your Insights.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
