Even if it was worth that much, which it clearly isn't, how could anyone on this website afford to drop $1,700,000?
For all the new collectors out there. Don’t be fooled. Just did a quick search, and found one my 1995 $2 Star Notes has a front and back plate #1.....still no added value for plate numbers.
Read the title of his thread. He is touting a front and back plate number 1 as being rare and somehow valuable. It started here; https://www.cointalk.com/threads/un...t-side-corner-on-reverse-check-it-out.312332/ I believe he originally thought he had an error note.
Does he still have his $900,000 $10 Phillippian note (or what ever it is) still up for sale or did he take that down too ? edit: found it ... Singapore $10 .. https://www.cointalk.com/threads/si...-sale-with-prefix-a-1-very-rare-piece.312446/ ... poster also hide his Profile so you can't see his past posts since my last post. LOL
I'm going to have to go check mine now. I have several $2 uncirculated sequential strapped bundles. They smell so new still.
Come on, man! He clearly said his price is "highly negotiable". And I'm sorry to have to tell you this.... he didn't hide is profile from everyone.
