03-07-2013 b-day note on a 2013 $5

I think this has a little cool factor to it. what are the odds of finding a b-day note on the same year as the bill?

My guess is that the odds are the same in any series.

 

are they? I know nothing about bills but are there not breaks? don't they run X amount of bills and then jump to a different number and start from that point? or is 00000001- the last bill?
