    Just a quibble...considering an ounce is 28.3 g, 10 ounces would be 283 g

    Yes, since it's a REALLY old formula, they were originally talking avoirdupois ounces in the gallon formula. It was later edited for grams and liters.My recommendation stands at 35grams each. It works, and it's slow enough to "pull" a coin at an intermediate stage.
