I'd just return it. You spent 10+shipping and you got a fake coin unlikely silver, even if silver it's worth less than 10+shipping.
Why make it in silver? If they made it in silver, and it's same size, why is the weight off by that much?
I doubt it's silver, but even so, that's $10 worth of silver. Details are off, that's why I asked.
