I,ve had a couple 1883-CCs which would dwarf ...but few in 65 territories ...I used to think CCs were over valued... i WAS WRONG Me too!

I'm in agreement with 65 or better...maybe it's undergraded because of it's common date. Would grade higher today...I was just looking at one...
The Mint used new production methods in 05....It's diff. to tell circulation strikes from the satin mint sets....very confusing!!!

I lay out a satin cloth, then handle the coin with a clean credit card...maybe a bit over the top, but that helps eliminate rim stains especially...
