After doing the overlay I'm going to agree it's not a die clash.

Hard to tell from the scans but, it looks like there's a slight amount of wear on the Eagle's breast, so I would say AU58. Nice Morgan!
IMO it should be a 64, but I agree it probably got a grade bump because it's a CC, plus the toning.
