This coin is a very good strike but IMO the Obverse has too much chatter to allow better than a MS63. The Reverse is definitely PL with very nice...
I think this is a nice coin and going out on a limb but I think it is a MS65 VAM 13A. Those photos are also very good, nice job @jtlee321 ....
