Well, just to me - perhaps (after reading and seeing all the contradictions posted recently on this forum) it sounds like the original ANA grading...
Simply, their opinion I'd say. I've seen coins with wilder toning than this one slabbed by PCGS, etc. It's not like someone put it in a plastic...
