On more looking I think yours is the rarer O-116 , an R-3 , the obverses are the same , and the reverses have many of the same characteristics ,...
I think the 1806 is a O-115 as the bottom serrif of OF is missing , and the die crack extends into the stars .
You got that right , that's why finding an original skinned Busty can be so hard . Then you had reputable books telling you to clean your coins...
