Definitely altered date. The 5 on this coin doesn't resemble the real 5 on an 1895-S Morgan.

Just my opinion, but I like coin B better. Original surfaces and lower grade are better than high grade and altered surfaces IMO.
All are counterfeits.

Unless you can somehow prove otherwise, the coin in the images is worth 1 dollar.
If the quarter is dated 1964 or before, it is worth silver value. If it is dated 1965 or later, it's worth face value.
