It's been cleaned. Glad you sent it back.
Nice coin! F-12
Too many bag marks and dings in the fields. I would grade it MS-63.
Correct. SLDs and SLHs have different grading standards.
Definitely not MS-65 or 66.

Missed this GTG. I would have guessed MS-63.
Missed this GTG (again!) I would have guessed MS-63.

Well, I agree with the obvious 1909-S VDB cent.
VF-35
It is the large date. Not the rare variety.
Yep. Welcome to CoinTalk!
It's just a stinkin' zincoln with zinc rot. Not a mint error.
I don't see any doubling - not even machine doubling. Not a doubled ear.
It's not an error. It's damage that happened when the mint set packaging machine damaged the coin. It actually reduces the value of the coin.
The "W" is actually the designer's last initial. The mintmark is on the reverse to the bottom left of the fasces.
Dang, missed this GTG. I think 62 is accurate even if not in a rattler holder...but still a nice lustrous coin. :)
F-15 Details, cleaned. Depends on what you paid "under $100." Do research on coin prices before you buy them. eBay sold prices are great to start...
