When I view this coin this is what I see-[ATTACH] This might be over exaggerated a bit but the most destracting marks TO ME are in the obverse...
I obviously posted the coin because I thought it was over graded... I could live w it @ ms64+ or ms64* ....I doubt it would crossover to PCGS or...
