Struck through grease.
Design devouring die wear....seen often on modern Roosevelt dimes especially the 2015 P. Not considered an error.
Nice one!
The 1 is missing because it was damaged by something, which practically obliterated the 1. PMD (post minting damage) not an error.
Machine Doubling. Note the reduction in size of the devices and flat shelflike doubling. Not a doubled die.
Severely damaged coin. Not an error.
VF-35 Details, cleaned
Great, glad to hear that !
I agree with Doug, I wouldn't use coin care. I'd try a quick, diluted dip on the ASE if you want to experiment. If you don't have experience then...
Looks like a LMC badly afflicted by plating bubbles.
Yep - a reprocessed/plated Steel cent will make the devices appear wider.
Nice example, thanks for posting!
MS-66, possibly 67.
Nice pickup! My grade is MS-65, but PCGS probably gave it 66 due to the toning.
The filled B is referred to as a die chip.
Looks like the R took a hit from another coin.
EF-45
EF-40 Details, cleaned - I wouldn't send it to PCGS. Still a decent hole filler for an album.
