You can get 100% acetone at Dollar General, Walmart, Lowe's, True Value, Ace Hardware, or Home Depot (this is not a complete list :p).
Looks like it has large plating defects. Not sure what you mean. I find 1960s and 70s LMCs in circulation all the time. .

AU-55 Details, cleaned. Definitely worth sending in to PCGS. Still a valuable coin even with the cleaning.
Feel free to knock it :p, it's better than my current 1880 in my Morgan dollar set, which is cleaned with low eye appeal.

@Sumzmommy It's a "vise job", someone pressed two coins together in a vise to create this look...Post minting damage (PMD) not an error.
The circle on the obverse is post minting damage from a coin wrapping or rolling machine.
