I would need to see a pic of the 92. Dimes that have environmental damage tend to look that way. Plus nickel isn't "stamped onto the coins.

The 99 is actually a doubled die. What you're seeing is known as an extra column.
Md can be widespread or localized. Your doubling on the mint mark is flat and shelflike.
