What did he/she offer?
Those are two better date coins. The scratch on the face may hurt the 1895-O a little, but overall I would say it's a G4, the last 2 (G4 and G6)...
No problem :thumb:. Btw here's probably one of the coolest Morgan clashes: VAMworld - 1891-O VAM-1A1
In general clashes are pretty common on Morgans, certain areas are very common, and some areas are rare. The clash on your coin is in a very...
It's a clash mark. (It's from the lower portion of Liberty's cap on the obv).
Teletrade and Heritage (I use Heritage the most). Also NumisMedia is a good guide, and can give you a general idea, but completed auctions are...
You could have bid on these two auctions: 1880-S MORGAN SILVER DOLLAR PCGS MS63 UNC - eBay (item 300392803583 end time Feb-05-10 17:45:29 PST)...
I was giving a general price a seller can expect, $35-$40. A bunch of those coins in the completed listing were for VAMs, and a few look liked...
Not sure, sounds like it could be a struck through, if you can post pics.
Around $35-$40.
Interesting, what's the weight? To me it looks authentic, and if it's a counterfeit, it was a damn good one. It does look like pmd around the date.
I agree with Mark, from the pics I really don't see any luster. Also, there seems to be what looks like either dirt or black toning on the coin....
I sure hope not considering it's Lady Liberty . Mr. Liberty is in for a surprise if your right Ken :D. As for the coins, I really can't...
All are artificially toned, probably from direct heat (torch, stove top ect...).
I agree with Flyers. The '83, '84, '86 and '96 are worth around $14. The 1893, is a better date, it looks like a high VF to me, I would say it's...
Good Luck :thumb:.
All 4 are common in GSA cases, so there really isn't any difference, price wise, but if they were mine, I would keep them in the original holders.
Assuming they are the GSA holders, I would have NGC grade them in the original holders. What dates are they? Because some dates bring a premium in...
I mainly said details because of the area on the reverse around UNUM, looks like some type of corrosion/environmental damage.
I agree with Victor, I would say it's worth around $15. As for the grade, I would say VF details. Here's a good site for grading: How To Grade...
