Your coin is nice but since it is already in a new holder, I don't see NGC giving it a star.
Well the coin didn't sell so it was the seller bidding on his own coin trying to get a higher price.
Thought I would put a new twist to it!! The price that is paid for toners always surprises others.
I bet it would never make it into a NGC or PCGS holder as a mint error!!

Well I was able to add this coin to my toner collection. It is graded by NGC Proof 68 in the old fatty holder. As you can see the coin has awesome...
