Doesn't sound like you've collected coins in the '60's when every dealer and buyer had a different grade for a coin , which would change again...

I'd say they're about even on Walkers . But if you look at enough of them for each date and MM you'll soon be able to grade them fairly well...
Going with rlm's cents on this , 64 . I don't think the bottom band is fully split .
I have to go 63 , if it gets a 64 that would be a gift grade .
It was so cool , they had the MS65 1794 with a few MS-66+ 1795 which had the coolest toning that they thought would go for 1 mill and right next...
