My coin budget from last year is about the same for this year.
At least NGC is more realistic than the PCGS price guide. example .25 Proof UC Minnesota PF70 = $55.00 on Numismedia. The PCGS price is $385...
I don't really think it would be too large....just look at this multi-holder...
