Where did you get that image? Because that is not the reverse of a 1885 Proof Morgan, that is the D (1921) reverse.

Chapman and Zerbe refer to the 1921 proof Morgans. Your coin is the normal 1921-S business strike, grade wise I would say it's an AU58.
