There should be die cracks and die polish marks on the reverse . I can't see them on yours . This is mine and you should see them on the reverse ....

PL and DMPL (Deep Mirrored Proof Like ) is the #of inches you can read a ruler from the reflection of the coins field . 2" would be PL and 3 or 4"...
From your pics I doubt it was a proof , it would have squarer rims and details would be sharper . Looks like it was wiped once too with something...
