I'd go XF-45 just because of the loss of luster , but I say the tpgs went AU-50 so that's the grade I'll give . Nice coin .

I wouldn't go so far as It is a low grade MS coin maybe a 62 . I would not buy it for all the hits . Sean I think it will grade in the low MS #s .
What makes you think this coin is not an Unc or MS coin ? Scratches or hits do not make a coin circulated . But I'd love to here how any MS CC...
