Yes, that's a term thats been coined for a bit of time referring to small breaks in the bays.
I see your point on die chips, or what they call "hornets nests."
I don't see what you're referring to on the A but I do see that in the bays (or columns) of the Lincoln Memorial. Is it a clash by chance? [IMG]
Welcome back to the next enrollment of Soren seeing something that's not there while trying (unsuccessfully) to cherrypick coins online! Today I...
That's why I've been looking at every one too
Smart. I used to do something similar but lately I've been looking over every coin; I need to stop! It gets hard on the eyes!
Still, rarity and value can be different. If it is an error only an expert could accurately value it.
Nice find. I would of missed this probably as well.
I have not heard of these
Awesome! Your post gave me a cool set idea: a blank modern type set'
Ahh I see. Makes sense
Now that's a new one!!! Could call it a "flip note" Nice find
May I ask what exactly it is you think is on it?
Awesome find!
I keep all the star notes I find too. They aren't on the rare side but I still like them.
I'm so poorly knowledged of banknotes I forgot what ladder notes were lol.
Now, if this is rare, I wonder if it has any value to it.
I may have found a $10 like this the other day. I stamped it for wheresgeorge but its still in my wallet .
Got back as change in Breckenridge, not bad I’ll say.[ATTACH]
True! Long run, not worth keeping, but maybe flea bay will want it
