I personally agree that MS64 is too low. Actually I would call it an indictment of PCGS's grading of the Franklin series over the last decade....
I'm actually complete up through 1970 (although some in 1968- 70 need to be imaged), but, as mentioned earlier, I won't post more than every other...
NT. I wouldn't go ugly, but I would say unappealing.
Gold is a wild card, you can play anything off of it. However, it's not a wildcard to start off, e.g. you can't go from 1933 Lincoln to 1874...
My personal grade would be MS65. Depending on when PCGS graded this, given their grading standards of 1 - 5 years ago, I'd say MS66FBL.
