Yep. Back then the mintmark was hand punched into every die so the location of the mintmark varied greatly.
Someone was a little nuts with the wire cutters I see.
Some people might make a dollar or two selling these on eBay, but generally they aren't worth all that much. Albeit, they are interesting to see...
