Better pictures would help but if you see finger prints chances are it is someone's finger print which damaged the coin. Not an error.

Spending it really all depends on your preference. I love wheat cents and would never spend one no matter how bad the damage was.
That price is for grade A copper. These coins are not made out of grade A copper and therefore are not worth 2 cents.
Your coin is a zincoln and they typically have air bubbles in the coins. These air bubbles can lead to zinc rot. Your coin is not "black silver"...
