If these were die chips wouldn't there be raised metal on these letters? Since the devices are incuse on the die, a chip (or defect) in this area...
What type of errors are you finding?
Any time the third printing is printed over the second printing it is a note worth keeping. The degree of offset and condition dictate the price....
