That's an unusual find for circulation - most are found when the huge ballistic bags are broken down into the paper or clear plastic 'rolls'.........
My guess is that the partial reeding is from about 4:00 to 10:00, accounting the the Mis-aligned Die 'look'. Let us know if the reeding shows...
