I see a question mark in the right (left facing) folds of the banner. I also see four distinct letters, L, T, R, Y.

The coin has seen heavy circulation wear and tear making it difficult (for me) to reach a definitive conclusion. Look at the scrapes on Abe's head.
The obverse rim has what appears to be scrape marks between 1 & 2 o'clock. Still not sure...
